Is Cambodia’s most famous borey developer venturing into skyscrapers and commercial office space?
Local developer Borey Peng Houth Group has won a lot of accolades for its residential housing projects over the years, including its third consecutive golden trophy as Best Developer at this year’s PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards 2018.
The company has developed some of the most acclaimed boreys (gated residential communities) and innovative housing projects, and last year broke ground on its first two retail malls. But concept shots posted this month on the developer’s Facebook page suggest that the famous residential developer may be looking to cross over into commercial real estate
